This privacy policy applies to the Watchdog app (hereby referred to as the "Application") for desktop devices that was created by Fliucorp (hereby referred to as the "Service Provider") as a Commercial service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

Information Collection and Use

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include information such as:

• Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)
• The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on those pages
• The time spent on the Application
• The operating system you use on your device

The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your device.

In default operation, the Application uses macOS Screen Recording permission solely to access active app name and active window title for productivity monitoring.

If you enable optional Screen Content Analysis, the Application captures periodic still-screen images and extracts OCR text for productivity analysis.

The Application does not capture or store continuous screen video or screen audio.

The Service Provider may use the information you provided to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices, and marketing promotions.

For a better experience, while using the Application, the Service Provider may require you to provide certain personally identifiable information. The information requested by the Service Provider will be retained and used as described in this privacy policy.

Third Party Access

The Service Provider may transmit data to third-party services to operate and improve the Application.

Task and activity context (and optional OCR text, if enabled) are processed by the Service Provider’s LLM provider, OpenAI and Google Gemini, solely to provide productivity classification.

The Service Provider also uses Mixpanel for product analytics events (for example app launch, monitoring/status, and settings events). Mixpanel does not receive raw screen captures or OCR text.

The Service Provider does not sell your personal information.

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

• as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
